Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the MARG app. By using MARG, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1.1 MARG is a Directory Service

What we provide:

• Verified phone numbers of vendors (pandits, auto drivers, hotels, restaurants, shops)
• Reviews and ratings from users
• Photos and basic vendor information
• Search and filtering tools

What we do NOT provide:

• Booking services
• Payment processing to vendors
• Guarantees about vendor behavior
• Refunds for services provided by vendors

1.2 Important Clarification

MARG is not a booking platform. Our role ends after providing a phone number, and you negotiate directly with vendors.

2.1 Age Requirement

• Under 13: not permitted
• 13-17: parental consent recommended
• 18+: full access

2.2 Account Requirements

• Valid mobile phone number
• Ability to receive SMS for OTP
• Payment method for subscription
• Agreement to these Terms

3.1 Creating an Account

• Enter phone number and OTP
• Optional name
• Keep your phone secure and do not share OTPs

3.2 Subscription Terms

• Pricing: ₹50 for 3 days (72 hours)
• Unlimited searches and vendor number access
• Access to all cities, ratings, reviews, and favorites

Auto-Renewal

• Optional (default OFF)
• If enabled, ₹50 charged every 3 days
• Cancel anytime in Settings

Manual Renewal

• Access expires after 3 days
• You can manually renew for ₹50
• Account remains but numbers are hidden

3.3 Payment

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay)
• Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay)
• Payments processed by certified gateways; we do not store card details

Failed Payments

• If auto-renewal fails, we notify you
• 24 hours to update payment method
• Access suspended after 24 hours

3.4 Refund Policy

• Full ₹50 refund within 24 hours of first subscription
• Email margkgb@gmail.com; refunds in 48 hours
• No refunds after 24 hours
• Exceptions possible for major technical failures

Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate information
• Use MARG for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Respect vendors; no prank calls
• Follow local laws and temple rules
• Be respectful in reviews

You must NOT

• Share your account widely (family sharing up to 5 is okay)
• Scrape or download the vendor database
• Use bots or automation to extract data
• Harass or abuse vendors
• Post fake reviews
• Use MARG for illegal purposes
• Reverse-engineer or hack the app
• Resell vendor contacts

Reviews and Ratings

• Reviews must be genuine
• No profanity, hate speech, or personal attacks
• We may remove violating reviews

5.1 Vendor Information

• Vendors submit details; we verify basic information
• We call to confirm numbers; sometimes visit in person
• Users can report incorrect listings

Information We Show

• Vendor name, phone number, category, location
• Photos (if provided)
• Specialization (for pandits)
• User reviews and ratings

5.2 Vendor Verification

• We verify the number works and vendor exists
• We do not verify service quality, pricing, or qualifications
• Verification is not endorsement

5.3 Updated Information

• Weekly checks for working numbers
• Monthly review for consistently poor ratings
• Rapid updates based on user reports
• Report issues via in-app Report or info@margkgb.com

6.1 What We Provide

• A platform for vendor contact discovery
• Verified phone numbers to the best of our ability
• User reviews and ratings
• Customer support for app issues

6.2 What We Do NOT Provide

• Bookings, payments, or vendor mediation
• Vendor availability or pricing guarantees
• On-ground support

6.3 Disclaimers

• MARG is provided as-is without warranties
• We do not guarantee vendor quality, pricing, or behavior
• Use MARG at your own risk

6.4 Limitation of Liability

• Maximum liability is ₹50 (subscription fee)
• We are not liable for vendor actions, losses, or damages

• We own the MARG name, logo, design, and software
• You may not copy or reverse-engineer our app
• User content is licensed to MARG for use in the app

• You can cancel anytime or delete your account
• We may suspend accounts for violations
• Banned users may not create new accounts

• Vendor disputes must be handled directly with the vendor
• You can report vendors to reports@margkgb.com
• MARG disputes governed by Indian law, jurisdiction Lucknow
